WFS Modular SILO FILTER

With its modular construction, the filter has the flexibility for an extension, allowing for future expansion or even modifying the way the waste is discharged ie. Using a chain or screw conveyor etc.   Another benefit is the ability to feed the extracted air back into the workshop areas preventing heat loss.

The WFS extraction unit is certified according to the latest ATEX European Directive for explosive dust.

Each extraction unit is sold either fully assembled or flat pack and comes in a self-contained compact footprint, ideal to be installed inside or outside without losing valuable floor space.

The filter bags inside this unit can be cleaned automatically either by a shaker motor or by regeneration reverse cleaning fans built into the top of the filter housing, these functions allow the bags to be cleaned automatically on shut down of the system, ensuring the efficiency and life of the filter bags.
